This website is owned and operated by Valkiri LLC, doing business as Valkiri Studio (“Valkiri Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Throughout the site, the terms “you” and “your” refer to any person accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using this website or our Services.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer products and Services to you.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may browse this website and purchase products for lawful personal use.

Product Information

Because screens and devices display color differently, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
Product descriptions, specifications, prices, edition information, availability, and other details may be updated or corrected at any time without notice.
Some products are handmade, studio-fulfilled, or produced through third-party fulfillment partners. Minor variations may occur where appropriate to the product or production method.
Orders and Payment
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorized.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Shipping or fulfillment limitations
- Violation of these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
Made-to-Order Products
Some products are produced specifically for you after an order is placed, including items fulfilled by Printful or other production partners.
Because production may begin shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered production.
Return and exchange eligibility for made-to-order products is governed by our Return Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping availability, processing times, estimated delivery windows, customs responsibilities, and related information are described in our Shipping Information page.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Return, refund, exchange, and cancellation eligibility is governed by our Return Policy.
Certain products, including made-to-order goods, sale items, original artwork, or digital products, may be subject to different return conditions.

Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products are licensed for personal use only.

- Share purchased files with others
- Upload files for public distribution
- Use files commercially without written permission
- Claim the artwork or files as your own

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, written content, logos, graphics, digital files, and other original materials displayed or sold through this website are owned by Kiri Leonard and/or Valkiri LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing an original artwork, print, book, digital download, or other product does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, commercial rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- Copy or reproduce artwork
- Scan or digitize physical artwork or prints for redistribution
- Redistribute purchased digital products
- Sell reproductions or derivative products
- Modify artwork for commercial use
- Use artwork in advertising, branding, merchandise, publications, or other commercial applications
Ownership of a physical artwork or product is separate from ownership of the underlying copyright.
Print Editions
Certain artworks may be released as numbered Collector’s Editions, Legacy Limited Editions, Open Editions, or other identified print releases.

Purchasing a print does not grant any reproduction or licensing rights.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate the website and fulfill orders, including services such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, Printful, analytics providers, and other business partners.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for the independent policies, acts, or omissions of third-party service providers except where required by applicable law.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current.
