Order Processing
After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.
Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Most made-to-order items are fulfilled within approximately 2–5 business days, though some products may take longer.
During holidays, shop updates, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using the shipping method available for your order at checkout.
Depending on the items purchased, orders may be fulfilled directly by Valkiri Studio or by one of our trusted production partners.
Because different products may be produced or shipped from different fulfillment locations, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping carriers and fulfillment locations may vary depending on the product, destination, and availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
While many orders arrive sooner, shipping carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- United States: 2–10 business days
- Canada: approximately 1–4 weeks
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship physical orders throughout the United States and Canada.
At this time, we are unable to ship physical products to the United Kingdom, European Union, or other international destinations.
Digital products are available worldwide.
Shipping destinations may change in the future as our fulfillment options and international shipping requirements evolve.
Canadian Orders
Canadian orders may be fulfilled either domestically or internationally depending on the product and fulfillment location.
Customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by Canadian customs authorities or shipping carriers.
Where applicable, taxes or duties may be collected during checkout or included in the shipping process by our fulfillment partners.
Any additional fees charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
If required import fees are not paid and a shipment is refused or abandoned, original shipping charges and other non-recoverable costs cannot be refunded.
Damaged Orders
Every order is packaged with care.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging, if possible
We'll work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us.
Before a replacement or refund can be issued, we ask that customers allow adequate time for the shipping carrier to complete delivery.
Generally, we consider a package lost after:
- 10 business days for United States shipments
- 35 business days for Canadian shipments
from the shipping date.
Holiday Shipping
Shipping carriers and fulfillment facilities experience their highest volume during the holiday season, and both production and delivery times may be longer than usual.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they enter production or ship.
Because many products are made to order, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order once production has begun.
