Are your prints open edition or limited edition?

Print editions vary by artwork.

Can I visit the studio?

No. Valkiri Studio currently operates from a private home studio and is not open to visitors.
Are you available for interview?

What are your business hours?

Valkiri Studio is a small independent studio, so hours may vary from week to week.

Messages are generally answered Monday through Friday, and we typically respond within 2–3 business days.

When commissions are open, details will usually be announced through the website, newsletter, or social media. You’re also welcome to contact us with an inquiry.
Do you teach classes?

We currently ship physical orders within the United States and Canada.

Who makes and ships my order?

Depending on the product, your order may be fulfilled directly by Valkiri Studio or by one of our trusted production partners, including Printful.

Because different products may be produced in different locations, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
There’s a problem with my order. Who do I contact?

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can help as quickly as possible.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number along with photographs of the damaged item and packaging, if possible.

We’ll work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
What is your return policy?
