Domestic & international shipping

Important information for all EU customers

As of July 1, 2021, the EU has passed a new VAT tax ruling. Please be aware that all EU customers are responsible for paying any import VAT, taxes, and fees associated with your order. Import VAT is charged by your country on orders and must be paid to your local postal service to receive your package.

The cost of shipping through our shop does not include VAT. VAT is a separate payment you will need to pay to your delivery service. Orders cannot be refunded if you fail to pay your import fees, allowing your package to arrive safely.

Shipping to the U.K.

I can no longer ship to the UK, following the changes to the import laws due to Brexit.

Order Processing

Upon purchase, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing unless otherwise specified in the item listing. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information for your order.

Please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days.

Packaging & Order Damages

All items will be carefully packaged to ensure your purchase will reach you in good condition. However, if an accident should happen and your item arrives damaged: Send me a photo of the damaged item, and I will ship you a new one or offer you a full refund.

Shipping Carrier

All items are shipped via USPS.com 1st Class Mail. Upgrades are available upon request. To request an upgrade, please email shop@kirileonard.com.

I will happily ship to a giftee and include a personal note upon request; simply leave me the information in the note on the seller checkout.

How long does shipping take?

I ship USPS Ground for all packages unless otherwise specified in the listing.

While packages usually arrive sooner, I allow the post office up to 10 business days for Domestic Delivery and up to 35 business days for International Deliveries before resending/refunding for non-delivery. Thank you for understanding! The postal service can be fickle.

Shipping during Holidays

Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be unpredictable, and Priority Upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery.

International Shipping & Import Tax

Some countries outside of the USA charge VAT tax or duties on incoming packages. International customers are responsible for all Customs Charges, Taxes, and Additional Fees levied by their country.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please read our return policy here. You may cancel your item any time BEFORE it has shipped and received a full refund.

If your item has been damaged during shipping, I will ship you a new one or refund you the cost of your item. All you need to do is send me a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
