Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, we will accept returns of undamaged and unused items returned in as-issued conditions for a refund to your original payment method. Please note we charge a 10% restocking fee.

The original purchase must be verified for return: Email shop@kirileonard.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and shipping confirmation.

Domestic Returns

Return items must be received by us within 30 days of the original shipped date to be eligible for a refund. Any applied discount/coupon is forfeited and may not be re-used. CLEARANCE sale items are not returnable. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. We do not cover return shipping. Customers are responsible for return postage.
